Although the cul-de-sac location was perfect, their entirely-treed backyard made no room for recreation. After the Martins removed trees and attempted grass, Cardinal came on the scene. Taking it in their control to design the width, shape and steps pattern of their new patio and walkways, the Martins could see right away they were destined for lasting satisfaction. Gutters and utility pipes were expertly routed and buried far from play areas. Within what was now a whole new world for the Martins, Cardinal created an attractive retainer wall around the perfectly-laid patio to encourage gathering around the fire pit. And to solve the Martins’ desire for alone-time too, Cardinal brought in just the right amount of tall privacy trees to soften views along the perimeter. For less than they ever imagined possible, Cardinal brought kickball, cookouts, cloud-watching and more…home to the Martins for life.
