With over an acre of rolling natural area, the Rusts could see there was room for outdoor enjoyment with their four children, but it took Cardinal’s remarkable vision to turn it into reality. Other than a few walks with their dog, the Rusts had not felt free to fully explore the land around their home because of all the undergrowth, thick trees and hilly terrain. With enthusiasm and creativity, Cardinal’s experts corrected the underlying drainage issues with natural river rock that now adds an unexpected beauty to the landscape. They then designed a meandering, landscaped walkway that draws friends and family deep into the flattest area of their private forest onto an expansive circular patio…with seasonal blooms and views down to their new privacy trees by the road. Both functional and beautiful, the Rusts’ outdoor transformation has added a new depth of happiness to their lives.
